2. Do you offer Free Shipping? If so, what are the conditions?
Yes, we offer a Free Shipping service for Melbourne CBD & metro areas, regardless of the number of items on a Purchase Order. This offer applies to a single address delivery location and does not extend to multiple addresses per order.
Additionally, Sydney and Adelaide orders over $2500 are also eligible for Free Shipping. This applies to a single address delivery location as well.

We currently do not offer same-day or express delivery. However, for Melbourne local deliveries, we may be able to expedite your order depending on logistics. Contact us to discuss your needs.

7. Will I be notified when my order is dispatched or about to be delivered?
Yes, we will notify you a few days in advance and provide the ETA. Couriers also confirm delivery within 24 hours of arrival.

If you’re not home, your order will be left at your front door.
Important: Once delivered & left unattended, we cannot provide insurance for loss or theft.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order.

Most furniture is factory-fitted and does not require assembly. However, items such as Dining Tables (detachable legs), or Beds, for example, require straightforward assembly.
For local Melbourne deliveries, we offer a complimentary assembly service for added convenience.

12. Do you deliver to apartments or multi-storey buildings?
Yes, but please notify us in advance of any obstructions, such as:

For New Furniture Items:
We will assist with repair, replacement or a refund as needed.
For Clearance Furniture Items:
Although we inspect all goods before they are sold, Direct Furniture Clearance takes no responsibility for any blemishes or imperfections. However, if there are any structural issues, we will take full responsibility and provide a full refund for the amount paid.

17. Will the delivery team remove my old furniture?
No, we do not offer furniture removal services. Please arrange disposal prior to delivery.
18. What if the furniture doesn’t fit through my door or into my home?
Measure access points in advance. If the furniture cannot fit, additional fees may apply. Contact us for item dimensions if needed.
