(a) All returns are subject to The Ultimate Home Co Pty Ltd supplier providing a returns policy.
(b) All second-hand and clearance products are sold as-is and cannot be returned.
(c) When we accept products for return, they must be received by us within 30 days of the date of the invoice. They must be accompanied by a copy of the returns note or invoice and have a valid SKU authorisation code obtained from us. If all information is in order, we will provide a credit for the returned product.
(d) Unless the goods are consumer goods, any product returns must first be agreed upon between us and the purchaser. The products must also be in a condition fit for resale.
(e) The products must not be used and must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged or used products. We do not accept returns for products if you have been able to purchase the same products cheaper elsewhere.
(f) Refunds will be given only when the products are returned as specified above, there are no other amounts outstanding and due by the purchaser, and their credit account, if any, does not show an outstanding balance.
(g) To arrange a return or refund, please contact us at (insert email address). Please note that all returns must be processed through our shipping company, Hyper Transport (Hyper Transport Pty Ltd) (ABN 31 643 706 932).
(h) If the products ordered are non-stock items and have been specially ordered for the purchaser, and the purchaser changes their mind, we are not required to offer a credit or refund. If we agree to provide a refund or replacement for such goods, you agree to pay our restocking fee, which is equal to 20% of the purchase price.
